Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a globally recognized TOP pharmaceutical company in Biberach as a Lab Business Support Specialist, focusing on Bioinformatics and Biotechnology. The core responsibilities involve providing crucial administrative support for complex laboratory computer systems, particularly the Global EM (Environmental Monitoring Software). Day-to-day tasks include managing data and sample changes, maintaining master data, setting up user accounts and roles, and supporting cross-departmental functions. A significant component of the job is assisting in the creation of GMP documents, work instructions, and evaluating complex data sets, ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, IT, or Biotechnology, coupled with professional experience and specific knowledge of the GMP environment (Annex, FDA, ISO) and computer system administration. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are mandatory.
