Job Summary

This role is for an IT Field Service Technician based in Hamburg, offering a permanent contract with an option for direct employment after an initial temporary assignment. The core responsibilities involve providing essential IT support and infrastructure management for a specialized IT consulting firm. Day-to-day tasks include the installation of operating systems and applications, performing classic IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, managing the PC inventory, and handling the setup and dismantling of IT equipment, alongside data backup procedures. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar, combined with strong knowledge of standard Microsoft operating systems and hardware, including peripherals.
