Job Summary
This role involves acting as a 2nd Level Support Specialist focusing on Citrix environments within an in-house IT department of a financial sector company in Munich. The specialist will be responsible for error analysis and resolution within the Citrix AHP environment, Exchange Server, and Active Directory. Key daily tasks include supporting 1st Level colleagues, creating and maintaining IT documentation, building a knowledge base for support cases, and assisting in the conception and setup of new IT environments and solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a successfully completed IT vocational training or is a technically skilled career changer with solid experience in IT user support. Essential qualities include high customer and service orientation, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication in German. This full-time position offers a long-term perspective with the option for permanent employment and includes remote work flexibility.
