Daily tasks include client environment administration, managing the full client life cycle, installing new hardware and software, and maintaining meticulous technical documentation and inventory data. Key qualifications include a completed IT education (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and proven professional experience.
