Job Summary

This role involves working as an Onsite IT Technician for a growing IT consulting firm specializing in information and communication technology services in Frankfurt am Main. The core responsibilities focus on executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes promptly and providing crucial 1st and 2nd level support to end-users, both remotely and on-site. Daily tasks include technical documentation within the ticketing system, installing software products, and troubleshooting hardware and peripheral device issues. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT apprenticeship (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and IT architectures.
