Job Summary

This role involves providing critical 2nd Level Field Service and on-site support for client workstations within a major industrial corporation located in Munich (Neuperlach Süd). Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of client systems—such as PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripherals—through installation, configuration, and comprehensive hardware and software troubleshooting. You will be responsible for diagnostics, error resolution, data recovery, and handling hardware exchanges and warranty claims, all meticulously documented within a ticketing system (dispatching). The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in IT or equivalent experience, coupled with demonstrable expertise in 2nd level support environments and hardware commissioning.
