Job Summary
This role as an IT Service Desk Agent in Stuttgart involves providing essential 1st-Level support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and assisting both internal and external users. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming incidents related to mobile devices, client hardware, and software, conducting troubleshooting, and meticulously documenting all activities within the internal ticketing system. Furthermore, the agent will participate in various IT projects aimed at advancing the existing system landscape and deploying client software using Matrix 42. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT-focused education or equivalent qualifications, coupled with professional experience in IT support and excellent written and verbal German skills.
