Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT Service Technician focused on providing comprehensive rollout and field service support within the Greater Berlin area. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling IT support tasks based on Incident, Service Request, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and Break & Fix tickets. The technician will provide in-person user support, participate in various IT projects, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform installations and complete IT relocations at user workstations. A key focus is ensuring the operational readiness of various devices, including desktops, notebooks, tablets, iPhones, multimedia equipment, and mobile handheld scanners. Candidates must possess practical experience with Windows Client operating systems (like Windows 10), hardware/software management, direct user support, and administration of workstations equipped with Microsoft Office O365. This position offers a long-term perspective with the possibility of permanent employment.
