Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support within an international IT services and engineering solutions company based in Hamburg. The technician will be responsible for the full client lifecycle management, including the installation of hardware and software, and ensuring technical documentation is accurately maintained. A core part of the job involves providing Second Level Support directly to customers, analyzing and resolving complex faults across hardware, software, networking, and communication systems. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and demonstrates proficiency in both German and English.
