Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician based in Berlin, focusing on providing 1st and 2nd Level Client and Mobile Support within a market-leading IT solutions company. The technician will be responsible for managing Windows 10 and macOS client environments, handling mobile devices (iOS and Android) including Mobile Device Management, and assisting end-users with new device setup and data migration. Day-to-day tasks involve hardware installation, user data maintenance, IT hardware management within the customer system, and supporting printer and meeting room services. The ideal candidate should have professional IT qualifications or equivalent experience, expertise in Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and macOS, and be fluent in German.
