Job Summary

This role places you as a crucial onsite IT Service Technician in Oberhausen, acting as the primary problem-solver for demanding corporate client systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive IT services, executing hardware rollouts and workplace services, and offering direct support for Windows Clients. You will be actively analyzing and resolving issues within an Industrial IT environment, specifically troubleshooting Panel PCs and Tablets. The ideal candidate possesses an IT education or equivalent qualification, detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and experience in the network environment (Switching, Layer 1-3).
