Job Summary

This role requires a motivated IT Service Technician to provide comprehensive onsite support in Hechingen, working for a leading European IT company specializing in holistic IT solutions and system house services. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, analyzing disruptions in customer IT infrastructure, and handling 2nd Level Support requests. The technician will manage Windows Clients and printers, and resolve issues within network and telecommunications environments, providing direct technical support to clients. Key qualifications include a technical IT education (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician or IT Specialist System Integration) or relevant experience, knowledge of Windows OS, iOS, and standard applications, and initial networking experience. The position offers a competitive salary up to €38,400, 30 days of vacation (after permanent hire), extensive training, manufacturer certifications, and the opportunity for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
