Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join a leading manufacturer of medical databases serving the international market, focusing on software solutions for occupational medicine. The specialist will be crucial in providing 1st and 2nd Level Support to customers via phone and email, ensuring smooth operations of the company's proprietary software. Day-to-day tasks include explaining software functionalities, performing remote maintenance, and handling on-site tasks such as software installations and updates, while meticulously creating service tickets for all customer inquiries. Key requirements include strong service orientation, communication skills, general IT knowledge, technical understanding, and proficiency in German.
