Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to join an international IT services and engineering solutions company in Hamburg as a VIP Support Specialist. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing high-level technical support, primarily in English, handling incoming disturbances via phone and writing, and resolving errors both remotely and directly at the user's workstation. The specialist will configure and install PCs, workstations, and associated peripheral devices, manage permissions within file structures, and utilize remote deployment tools. A key function is collaborating with 3rd Level Support for complex issues and maintaining precise technical documentation within the ticketing system. Key qualifications include vocational IT training or comparable practical experience, C1 fluency in both German and English, and strong expertise in Windows 10, MS Office, and iOS environments. The position offers a challenging role in a cooperative, international environment with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes.
