Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional ready to jump into 1st Level Support and Mobile Device Management (MDM) in Munich-Sendling. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling and resolving IT disruptions via a ticketing system (TopDesk), phone, email, or in-person support, and escalating complex issues to 2nd/3rd level teams. A key focus is the management of mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), including application deployment via MDM solutions and ensuring hardware availability for employees. The role also involves executing hardware rollouts, encompassing device setup, dismantling, replacement, and testing new mobile devices. Candidates must have a completed professional IT qualification and experience with ticketing systems or MDM. This is an initial temporary contract with the potential for permanent employment, offering excellent long-term career prospects in a supportive, established team.
