Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Electrician or Electronics Technician based in Cologne to handle specialized installations and maintenance within low and medium voltage networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include cable assembly, general electrical installation, troubleshooting, and mounting cable routing systems. A key focus involves the installation and commissioning of transformer stations and low/medium voltage switchgear, as well as mast installations for overhead lines and street lighting. You will also perform minor earthworks and operate construction machinery. Candidates must possess a technical qualification in electrical engineering, a mandatory Class B driving license, and professional German language skills (B2 minimum). This position offers a competitive starting wage of €22.00 per hour plus allowances, potential for permanent takeover by the client, and the opportunity to contribute to essential infrastructure projects in a permanent, full-time capacity.
