Job Summary
This role involves acting as the primary IT contact and system integrator for the rehabilitation clinics group of the German Pension Insurance Federation (DRV Bund). The successful candidate will provide essential organizational and technical support to clinic staff regarding their hardware and software, focusing heavily on the Clinic Information System (KIS). Daily tasks include troubleshooting, administering local stand-alone IT systems, configuring and monitoring specialized medical technology, and ensuring its connection to the KIS. Key requirements include a degree or equivalent qualification in IT, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of IT system installation, administration, and configuration (including MS Windows and MS Office). The position is crucial for the ongoing digitalization of the clinics, requiring a high degree of service orientation, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel occasionally within Germany for site support.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the IT field, or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT-specific qualification), or completed vocational training in the IT field with comparable multi-year practical experience in the IT field.
Experience
- Several years of job-relevant professional experience in IT
- Experience in technical IT support, particularly problem analysis and troubleshooting
- Professional experience in installation, administration, and configuration of IT systems and operating systems (e.g., MS Windows)

- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips (within Germany); Willingness to be on-call (including outside regular working hours, e.g., weekends); Driver's license Class B or Class 3 (ideally) for occasional regional hardware transport.
