Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key technical and commercial point of contact for national and international clients within a leading machinery company based near Winterthur. You will manage the entire order process from start to finish, including generating quotes, handling invoicing, and coordinating product deliveries. A significant part of the job involves managing diverse customer projects and providing expert consultation on the company's renowned products, addressing both technical and commercial inquiries. This position offers high variety and responsibility, requiring close collaboration with internal departments such as Production and Engineering. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Polymechanic, preferably in abrasives/grinding tools) combined with commercial further education (e.g., Technical Business Specialist or Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education)

Experience

  • Professional experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Business Specialist or Technical Internal Sales/Customer Advisor)
  • Experience in complete order processing (from quotes to invoicing and delivery coordination)
  • Preferably, experience gained within the machinery industry sector
