Job Summary

This role supports the Personnel and Organization department of the City of Kirchheim unter Teck, focusing specifically on occupational safety administration. Core responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a preventive care index for mandatory and voluntary occupational medical examinations, managing data, scheduling, and monitoring appointments. The assistant will also prepare for and follow up on Occupational Safety Committee (ASA) meetings, including taking detailed minutes. Further duties involve organizing essential safety training, such as first aid courses, processing accident reports for insurance funds, and coordinating the designation of safety personnel (first responders, safety officers, and fire protection assistants). The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in administrative services or comparable professional experience in occupational safety.
