This role is for an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join Lufthansa Technik AG in Frankfurt, focusing on extending first and second-level IT support for production environments. The successful candidate will act as a 'Shopfloor Walker,' providing hands-on support and troubleshooting a wide range of IT infrastructure issues, from network connectivity and Wi-Fi to Windows PCs and Android handheld scanners. The position requires strong IT infrastructure expertise, high initiative in ticket resolution and process improvement, and a customer-oriented approach. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training with an IT focus (e.g., IT Specialist)
Experience
- Long-term relevant professional experience in IT, with a focus on IT infrastructure
- Long-term practical experience in IT Support
- Experience in First- and Second-Level IT Support
- Extensive knowledge and competent handling of IT hardware, maintenance, assembly, and care
Languages
Additional
- 100% on-site presence required at the respective location (no remote work possible).
