Job Summary

This role involves joining an agile, interdisciplinary team at Bank 11, a leading German automotive bank, to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. The specialist will be responsible for developing, building, programming, testing, training, and controlling cognitive systems, robots, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Key tasks include developing algorithms, analyzing AI-generated data, and applying AI principles to solve complex business problems creatively. A crucial component of the job is proactive stakeholder management, evaluating and recommending suitable AI/ML solutions, and fostering organizational competence in generative AI and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, coupled with at least three years of experience in developing AI systems and programming robots, along with a results-oriented, technically analytical, and hands-on approach.
