Job Summary

This Junior Pharmaceutical Production Specialist role involves executing preparatory activities and core production/cleaning processes within a research-focused pharmaceutical company. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating and cleaning complex preparation systems like industrial dishwashers and autoclaves, performing regular production cycles, and ensuring strict adherence to GMP guidelines throughout all tasks. A critical part of the job is maintaining meticulous, GMP-compliant written and electronic documentation of all production and cleaning activities. Candidates must possess prior knowledge in cleaning and disinfection of large-scale production facilities, ideally within a cGMP environment, coupled with a fundamental technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office. The position requires a structured, responsible work ethic, a commitment to team collaboration, and mandatory readiness for shift and weekend work.
