Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Assistant for a renowned research-focused pharmaceutical company in Biberach. You will be responsible for the GMP-compliant planning, execution, and evaluation of analytical and microbiological methods, strictly adhering to pharmacopoeia specifications. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, providing analytical support to operational units, and generating detailed reports based on your findings. A core part of the job is the independent maintenance and qualification of laboratory equipment, ensuring full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. You are also expected to bring new ideas to the team to continuously improve existing processes. The ideal candidate holds a qualification such as a Chemistry/Biology Laboratory Assistant, Pharmaceutical Technician, CTA, BTA, or PTA, coupled with significant professional experience. Essential requirements include practical experience in microbiological environments, fundamental GMP knowledge, and familiarity with analytical devices like the GrowthDirect System. This position demands a conscientious and self-reliant working style, excellent communication skills, and the readiness to participate in occasional weekend and on-call duties.
