Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Process Engineer to join an innovative engineering team focused on optimizing high-tech systems and processes within the inspection area at a world-leading center for photolithography mask development. Day-to-day responsibilities include the continuous monitoring and control of inspection processes and equipment, leading the development and productive implementation of new inspection technologies, and driving continuous improvement efforts. The engineer will analyze production data to develop optimization strategies and provide operational support for complex problem-solving. The successful candidate should hold a degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering, ideally possessing knowledge of semiconductor technology, laser, and optics. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, a hands-on mentality, and a robust quality and customer orientation are essential for collaborating effectively with shift personnel, suppliers, and international customers in the semiconductor industry.
