Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support based in Munich, joining a growing IT consulting firm. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive technical support for end-users, managing and maintaining hardware, and resolving IT issues efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed IT documentation within the ticketing system, setting up and upgrading printers and other hardware for both Windows and MacOS devices, managing user accounts (password resets, unlocking), and handling IT incident reports received in person, via phone, or email. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training in the IT field or possess equivalent qualifications, coupled with practical experience in Active Directory and Microsoft operating systems.
