Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a Hamburg-based company specializing in managing client environments for major industrial enterprises across Germany. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be primarily responsible for providing on-site support, handling customer inquiries, and operating client systems and applications directly at customer locations. Key daily tasks include documenting all activities, providing 2nd Level Support, and assisting with issues related to iOS devices, network infrastructure, and telecommunications components. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or similar, practical experience in user support, and familiarity with Windows 10 and Office 365.
