Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Technician to join a renowned German IT service provider in Munich, supporting various client companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, focusing on analyzing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions. Daily tasks include supporting users with Microsoft Windows and MS Office inquiries, managing IT documentation via a ticketing system, and handling incoming requests at the First or Second Level Service Desk/Helpdesk. Key requirements include a completed IT vocational training (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and strong knowledge of Windows Client operating systems (Windows 7, 10) and MS Office products.
