The specialist will act as the primary point of contact for IT service and support, working closely with the central service provider (ITDZ Berlin) to maintain system stability. Key responsibilities include advising colleagues on IT issues, managing and developing the employee portal, administering Linux-based server systems, and overseeing mobile device management, particularly smartphones. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience, coupled with practical experience in 2nd Level IT Service/HelpDesk support. This role is crucial for maintaining the technical foundation of the administration, offering a stable career path within one of Berlin's largest employers, focusing on public service and modern administrative processes.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Administrative Informatics; or qualification for the 1st entry-level position of career group 2 of the general non-technical administrative service (for civil servants).
