Job Summary

This role involves leading and motivating a production shift team of approximately 30 employees, ensuring the smooth operation and management of manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include guaranteeing high product quality, meeting production quantity targets, and adhering to deadlines. The Shift Leader is crucial in implementing efficient, safe, and transparent production processes while ensuring strict compliance with Quality Management (QM) and Environmental Management (UM) standards, as well as occupational safety regulations. The role also requires identifying and driving continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical vocational education, further qualified as a Master Craftsman or Technician, coupled with several years of leadership experience, ideally within the chemical industry.
