Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional, whether a career starter or experienced specialist, looking to elevate technology solutions for named providers and developers of IT solutions. The core responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd Level Support, managing and setting up computer workstations, telephony, and client software. Daily tasks include comprehensive troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving IT tickets, and maintaining technical documentation. The position offers the opportunity to contribute new ideas, actively shape projects, and benefit from continuous professional development through the in-house FERCHAU Academy. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, relevant professional training, and practical experience in IT support and help desk environments.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support
- Experience with common hardware (e.g., PCs or printers)
- Experience in Help Desk operations and with a ticketing system (desirable)
