Job Summary

This role is centered on advancing IT Service Management (ITSM) within a leading European technology services platform. The IT Service Manager is responsible for defining and implementing robust ITSM processes, ideally leveraging ITIL standards, to optimize and integrate IT systems for various clients. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating closely with operational ITSM specialists to standardize working methods and service offerings, managing critical process and service descriptions, and ensuring effective, target-group-oriented communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a completed degree in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration and brings comprehensive professional experience, particularly in the application of the BPMN 2.0 standard and relevant modeling tools. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. OCEB certification is desirable.
