Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional focused on connecting people and technology by providing essential IT support services. The specialist will primarily handle 1st and 2nd level support, addressing IT questions and problems from various departments via telephone. Key day-to-day responsibilities include managing incoming requests through a ticketing system (ticket dispatching), ensuring all necessary information for problem resolution is captured, and independently resolving issues (2nd level support). The role also involves utilizing remote desktop solutions to assist users directly. To succeed, candidates must have a completed IT education or degree, at least two years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology (like VoIP), and Windows operating systems. This position offers a dynamic environment to continuously grow and sharpen your professional profile while working on exciting projects for prominent clients.
