Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to elevate technology and tackle complex challenges within IT infrastructure projects for leading providers. The core responsibilities involve delivering comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level IT Support, both in-person and over the phone. You will be the primary contact for user support, managing client/server environments and a range of IT equipment including PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, telephone systems, and printers. The ideal candidate possesses a vocational qualification in IT or a comparable field, coupled with initial experience in IT administration and support. You must be adept at analyzing problems, developing strategic solutions, and effectively communicating between clients and the development team.
