Job Summary

This role is designed for an IT Support Specialist ready to elevate technology and tackle the challenges of tomorrow’s innovations. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level IT Support, engaging with users both in-person and over the phone. A core part of your daily duties involves managing the IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on user support within client/server environments. You will actively maintain various IT equipment, including PCs, notebooks, telephone systems, mobile phones, and printers, along with associated hardware and software. The ideal candidate holds a qualification such as an IT Specialist or Communications Electronics Specialist, coupled with initial professional experience in IT administration and support. Proficiency in Microsoft or Linux operating systems and applications is essential.
