Job Summary

This part-time role as a Pharmaceutical Compliance Specialist involves ensuring regulatory adherence within the purification and formulation areas of a Life Science environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the processing and coordination of deviations, OOX (Out-of-Expectation), and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) initiatives. You will serve as the primary contact for GMP, Bioburden, and monitoring topics within your assigned area, participate in interdepartmental compliance projects, and assist in creating risk assessments. A key aspect of the role is supporting the department during audits, inspections, and customer meetings by preparing compliance documentation and addressing questions in both German and English. Candidates must hold a relevant scientific degree (e.g., Microbiology, Pharmacy, or Chemistry) or possess several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated setting. Strong organizational skills and good English proficiency are essential to succeed in this dynamic role, which offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to complex development projects.
