Job Summary

This role is ideal for a junior professional with a background in life sciences seeking to manage critical quality assurance processes within the pharmaceutical industry. The Junior QA Manager will be responsible for independently organizing, executing, and monitoring the Change Control process, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP/ISO requirements. Day-to-day tasks include processing Change Controls using the JIRA 'ECC' module, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with R&D and subsidiaries, and managing the Change Control Board meetings (including documentation and follow-up). Additionally, the role involves overseeing the Non-Conformity process, handling deviations, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must possess a scientific degree and strong English communication skills, with prior experience in pharmaceutical analytics or the industry being highly desirable.
