Job Summary

This Project Manager role focuses on the comprehensive management and execution of log band saw and sawmill projects. Daily responsibilities include the leadership and coordination of assembly personnel, strategic material procurement, and ensuring strict adherence to timely delivery schedules. The successful candidate will coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs while actively engaging in the new construction and optimization of sawmill systems. Key tasks also involve detailed documentation, final system acceptance, cost calculation, and negotiation with suppliers. Candidates must hold a completed qualification such as a Master Metalworker, Agricultural Machinery Master, or Mechanical Engineering Technician, coupled with foundational knowledge in SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, hydraulics, and mechanics. Success requires strong technical understanding, negotiation skills, and resilience.
