Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious Automotive Electrical Specialist focused on the independent maintenance, inspection, and repair of complex machinery and systems, with a primary emphasis on electrical components. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive troubleshooting and fault resolution across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools, such as Ishikawa and 5W analysis, to identify root causes, meticulously document all corrective measures, and ensure structured information transfer within the team. A key part of the position involves proactively contributing to the optimization of plant processes and maintenance procedures, including supporting the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) model. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, along with authorization to work on 400-volt systems.
