Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Development Engineer specializing in Optical Systems, dedicated to advancing technology within the aerospace industry. The core responsibilities include the development and design of optical and infrared systems, performing simulations and analyses for performance evaluation, and creating comprehensive technical documentation and specifications. The engineer will also be responsible for analyzing measurement data, selecting appropriate materials for optical components, and planning and executing laboratory experiments. Key qualifications include a degree in Physics, Optics, Laser Technology, or Engineering, coupled with professional experience in optical metrology, modeling, and analysis. Familiarity with optical simulation software (such as Zemax or CODE V) and strong collaboration skills are essential for integrating optics into final products.
