Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Cathodic Corrosion Protection Engineer to take responsibility for maintaining, developing, and managing critical protection systems for a major technology partner. Day-to-day activities involve the maintenance and repair of Cathodic Corrosion Protection (CCP) and leak monitoring systems, alongside planning their future development. A core component of the role is performing operational measurements, detailed fault analysis, and ensuring comprehensive documentation of all processes and results. Furthermore, the engineer will manage internal staff, external partners, and oversee budget planning, tracking, and settlement for assigned projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, possesses strong knowledge of cable measurement technology, network protection procedures, and is proficient with SAP and relevant regulatory frameworks (DIN-VDE, DVGW). Success in this position requires a high degree of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a willingness to participate in on-call duty.
