Job Summary

This role involves performing specialized physical and chemical analysis on petroleum products and refinery samples for a dynamic technology and innovation-focused team. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting C14 analyses to determine biogenic carbon content, operating and evaluating gas chromatographs, and performing sulfur determination using specialized equipment. You will also execute classic physical analytics on samples like diesel, heating oil, naphtha, and kerosene, measuring properties such as density, flash point, freezing point, and conductivity. Key qualifications include a degree in Chemistry or a comparable natural science/technical field, or extensive professional experience as a Chemical Laboratory Technician with relevant physical-chemical analytics expertise.
