Job Summary

This role involves performing critical microbiological and sterility testing for pharmaceutical clients in a laboratory setting in Karlsruhe. Key daily tasks include executing sterility checks, bacterial endotoxin testing (LAL test), colony count determination, germ identification, and microbiological assays for antibiotics, all requiring strict adherence to GMP-compliant documentation. The technician will also handle non-routine tasks such as validations, equipment qualifications, and the creation of GMP-relevant documents (e.g., test plans and reports). Candidates must possess a completed technical laboratory qualification (e.g., Biological Laboratory Technician, BTA, CTA, MTA) and demonstrated experience with GxP/Ph. Eur. regulations and standard microbiological methods. Success in this position requires strong analytical and results-oriented thinking, high initiative, and a pronounced sense of responsibility.
