Job Summary
As a Material Development Engineer, you will take the lead on critical projects focused on the reformulation, continuous development, and optimization of specialized plastic compounds. You will hold technical responsibility for a segment of the material portfolio, ensuring the precise specification of raw materials and accompanying customer audits. A core function involves managing the transition from lab to production, including conducting scale-up trials in the mixing facility and transferring finalized mixtures into the manufacturing pipeline. Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive material database and implementing advanced statistical methods, specifically Design of Experiments (DoE).
