Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position requires a skilled Electrical Technician or Master Electrician to manage technical building services for a leading Facility Management provider in the Regensburg area. The core responsibility is ensuring the successful delivery of all contracted technical services within the assigned facility. Day-to-day duties involve taking technical and disciplinary leadership for the on-site team, planning and managing personnel deployment, and acting as the central point of contact for the client concerning all technical facility management matters. Furthermore, the role requires overseeing internal cost allocation for assigned staff. The ideal candidate holds a relevant technical master's degree or certification and should bring several years of professional experience, ideally supported by a Class B driver's license.
