Furthermore, the manager will handle customer consulting and relationship management, ensuring detailed documentation of all processes. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman certification (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or an equivalent qualification like a certified technician or relevant university degree, coupled with several years of professional experience in a similar management position.
