Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Facility Management Object Manager to oversee operations for a market-leading provider in the Greater Düsseldorf area. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive operational management, including detailed scheduling and capacity planning, coupled with financial oversight through creating quotes, amendments, and conducting project controlling. A critical component of the role is providing technical leadership to the local team and maintaining strong customer relationships through expert consultation and care, alongside meticulous documentation. Candidates must possess a relevant technical qualification, such as a Master Craftsman or State-certified Technician degree in Electrical Engineering, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), or Plumbing, or an equivalent academic degree.
