Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Facility Management Site Manager to join one of Germany’s market leaders in the sector, based in the greater Karlsruhe area. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive operational management, including scheduling, capacity planning, and generating offers and amendments, alongside rigorous project controlling. A critical component of the role is providing technical leadership to the local team and actively participating in contract award discussions. Furthermore, the manager is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships through effective customer consulting and diligent documentation. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman certification or Certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or a relevant university degree, coupled with several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar managerial capacity.
