Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Facility Management Site Manager to join a market leader in the greater Berlin area. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive operational oversight, including detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and rigorous project controlling. A critical component of the job is creating detailed quotes and addendums, coordinating workflows, and maintaining strong customer relationships through expert consultation and care. Furthermore, the manager will provide technical leadership to the on-site team and participate actively in contract award negotiations and meetings. Ideal candidates possess a background as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, coupled with significant professional experience in facility management leadership.
