This role seeks a proactive Facility Management Site Manager in the Dresden area to oversee complex facility operations for a market-leading client. Day-to-day responsibilities include crucial capacity and deadline planning, generating quotes and amendments, and ensuring effective project controlling. A key element of the role is providing technical leadership to the on-site team and managing critical customer relationships through consultation and care, alongside meticulous documentation management. Successful candidates must hold a Master Craftsman certification (Meister) in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or Plumbing, or possess an equivalent Certified Technician qualification or relevant degree in a technical trade.
