This role seeks an experienced Facility Management Site Manager to join a market-leading company in the Greater Dresden area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the site team, ensuring smooth operations and project success. Key daily tasks include comprehensive scheduling and capacity planning, generating detailed proposals and contract amendments, rigorous project controlling, and maintaining strong customer relationships through expert consultation and care. You will also be responsible for leading documentation efforts and participating in contract award discussions. To qualify, you must possess a Master Craftsman certification or State-Certified Technician qualification in relevant trades such as Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or a related university degree, complemented by several years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
